便携式质量数据采集分析系统的研制

摘要 在研究了FMS质量控制和质量保证技术的基础上,为实现其统计过程控制的要求,设计了质量数据采集分析系统。该系统的核心部分是一个数据采集器,它是一种便携式仪器,该仪器以MCS—51系列单片机80C31为处理器,可作为一种通用的数据录入终端广泛地应用于机械制造以及其他许多行业的质量管理过程中。 Upon the basis of a study made on FMS quality control and quality to be guaranteed, a system for data on quality acquisition and analysis has been designed herein so as to meet the requirement of statistical procedures′ controlling. This system has its own core port, i.e, the data acquisition instrument which is a portable one taking MCS-51 series of one chip computers 80C31 as a processor, and can be used as a universal data recording terminal, therefore, is widely used in quality controlling management, such as in machine building and other many lines.
