摘要
为了确定混凝土材料在早龄期时受到振动对混凝土抗拉性能的影响,采用对处于初凝与终凝之间的混凝土材料进行不同振动参数的振动,比较受到振动混凝土和未受到振动混凝土抗拉性能的变化.在混凝土初凝到终凝过程中,分别在6个不同时间点,采用4种不同的频率和振幅的组合,对成型的混凝土试块持续振动30m in;将受到振动的混凝土试块与未振的混凝土试块一起养护到指定龄期后进行劈裂抗拉强度试验.根据获得的76组抗劈裂强度结果分析,处于初凝与终凝之间混凝土材料在频率较低情况下,对振动的振幅大小比较敏感,当受到较大振幅(5mm以上)的振动时,混凝土材料的抗拉强度会有所下降.
In order to testify whether the traffic vibrations in the period between initial set and final set of concrete would affect its tensile strength a comparison of splitting tensile strength of concrete with on without this kind of vibration is conducted in this paper.The concrete curb specimens in the test were subjected to vibrations of four combinations of frequency and amplitude at six different ages ranging in time from before,during,and after the setting period for 30 minutes.The splitting tensile tests were performed and 76 splitting tensile strength results were acquired.The results of the test indicate that large amplitude(more than 5 mm) of vibration occurred in the period between initial set and final set would produce a little hazard to concrete splitting tensile strength.
