摘要
在对熔渣金属连续逆流接触方式进行假设与简化的基础上,建立了铁水注入阶段熔渣铁水逆流接触模型与数学模型,并根据模型进行了电渣铁水脱硫实验。利用该模型对铁水注入阶段脱硫的影响因素进行了分析,讨论了提高脱硫效率、降低消耗的途径;实验结果与计算结果基本吻合。
With molten slag metal′s counter current
contacting in continuity and its contacting way having been postulated and simplified, the paper
established the contacting model on molten slag liquid iron′s counter current while liquid
iron being filled, and the mathematical model concerned as well. According to these models, an
experiement on electroslag desulfurization of liquid iron had been carried out. All different
affecting factors were given analysis of liquid iron desulfurization at time when liquid iron was
made to inject. As for raising desulfurized rate and lowering energy consumption, these two
ways in question were analyzed. The result from experiements was basically anastomosed
with that calculated.
