摘要
分析了新时期图书馆工作发展趋势，及现阶段图书馆管理服务工作中存在的问题，提出了引入“现代资源管理”概念，对图书馆管理系统中的各要素如文献、人员、技术等进行最佳组合。
This article analyses the developing trend of Library work in the new era as well as problems existing in the present library service.It also leads in “modern resource management”perception,optimizing elements in library management system such as documents,staff and technique and forming open-style library managementservice in the new era.
