摘要
针对中学化学教学中存在的问题,组织学生设计化学实验,探究和检测豆腐的主要成分。进行了豆腐滤液类型探究,钙离子检验、豆腐中蛋白质检验等实验活动,促进了学生创新意识和实践能力的培养提高。
In order to explore the problems of chemistry teaching in middle school,we organize students to design chemistry experiment properly,study and test the main ingredients of the bean curd by doing a series of experiments,such as the experiment of studying the types of filtrate of the bean curd,testing the protein and calcium in the bean curd,which improve the sense of creativity and the ability of practice for students.
