摘要
车牌定位是车牌识别技术的关键环节之一。对车辆图像进行边缘分析二值化处理,再结合纹理统计进行车牌定位,可以克服复杂背景的弱边缘信息和干扰噪音所带来的影响,较好滤除可疑车牌区域。实验结果表明,使用该方法可以较好的实现车牌定位。
License plate location is one of the key to License Plate Recognition Technology.Using image of Edge analysis and binarization processing,combined with texture information statistics to conduct license plate location,this can overcome the impact of the weak edge information in complex background and noise interference,it can also filter the region of suspicious license plate.Experimental results show that this method can be reasonable to achieve license plate location.
