摘要
为了解决混凝土结构工作应力测试中存在的困难,通过有限元数值模拟,分析了开槽法释放混凝土工作应力随开槽深度的变化规律,与环孔法进行了比较,得到了工作应力能全部释放的开槽深度.在分析了通过应力释放进行工作应力检测的各种影响因素后,着重就开槽引起的扰动应变展开试验研究,得到了混凝土骨料直径、开槽间距、工作应变大小等与扰动应变间的关系,据此可以估计检测时的扰动应变,进而对检测结果进行修正,试验验证表明:修正后检测结果的误差较小,完全满足工程中的要求.
Measuring the working stress is an important manner for reliability assessment of existing concrete structures. Compared to ring-hole method, the stress releasing relation to grooving depth on concrete by grooving method was analyzed by FEM numerical simulation. The grooving depth in which the stress is wholly released was obtained. After analyzing the factors impacting on the working stress measurement of concrete by stress releasing, this work mainly studied the groove induced disturbance strain through experiment. The relations of disturbance strain with aggregate diameter, distance of two grooves and working stress were established. The groove induced disturbance strain in working stress measurement can be estimated based on these relations. And then the measurement result can be corrected. The test results show that the errors of the corrected working strains measured are small and meet the engineering requirements.
