摘要
研究和发展了可逆风机叶片用的翼型——可逆翼型。根据可逆风机的特殊使用要求,分析研究了可逆翼型应该具有的外形要求和气动特性要求。本课题组发展了生成可逆翼型几何外形的计算程序,并采用本课题组的翼型气动性能的计算程序对生成的翼型进行了分析、评估。在此基础上,优选出两个可逆翼型-R18和R43T。对该两个翼型和一般的可逆翼型R3等进行了风洞实验研究,表明本文优选出的两个翼型的性能优于已有的一般翼型,本文提出的可逆翼型的设计方法是可行的。
Reversible airfoils for reversible air fan use have been studied developed. Based on the special requirements of reversible aire fans, the requirements for the shape and aerodynamic characteristics of the reversible airfoils have been analysed.A computer program for producing the reversible airfoil shapes has been developed. The produced reversible airfoils are analysed and assessed by using an airfoil analysis program divelopment by us. Two reversible airfoils R 18 and R43T have been selected. Wind tunnel tests have been carried out for these two airfoils and other general reversible airfoils_R3 etc. The wind tunnel results show that the two airfoils are superior than the others, and the design method proposed here is feasible.
