摘要
P122钢具有良好的韧性、抗蒸汽氧化性能、抗高温腐蚀性能,以及较稳定的高温强度,但是该钢可焊性差。通过正确的焊接工艺和热处理工艺,从而获得良好的焊缝组织,焊缝硬度平均值为230~255 HB,焊缝区金相组织为典型的回火马氏体组织,达到了规程及设计要求,满足电厂机组使用需要。
The P122 steel is good in toughness,resistance to vapor-proof oxidation and high-temperature corrosion and stable high-temperature strength,but poor in weldability.With correct welding and heat treatment,better welding microstructure is achieved with an average welding strength of 230~255HB,and the metallographic structure of the welding joints being the typical tempered martensite,which can meet the requirements of design and standards and the needs of power units.
