IPDI/PEG-800扩链改性PLA的性能表征 被引量:2

摘要 以乳酸为原料、辛酸亚锡为催化剂,采用直接熔融缩聚法合成聚乳酸(PLA),将其用IPDI扩链,制得聚合物IPDI/PLA,再用PEG-800改性,制备出IPDI/PLEG-800。用凝胶色谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、接触角、X射线衍射、热失重、流变学分析等手段对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:与IPDI/PLA相比,IPDI/PLEG-800分子量大幅度提高,且接触角变小,亲水性能提高;IPDI/PLEG-800具有较高黏弹性;PEG-800的加入使得IPDI/PLA的结晶度提高韧,性增强。 Taking lactic acid as raw material, Sn(Oct)2 as catalyst, homopolymer polylactic acid (PLA) was directly synthesized via melt polycondensation. Then PLA was reacted with IPDI to prepare IPDI/ PLA. Later IPDI/PLA was reacted with PEG-800 to produce IPDI/PLEG-800. The above polymers were characterized by GPC, FTIR, TG, DMA and contact angle testing. The results show that compared with IPDI/PLA, the molecular weight of IPDI/PLEG-800 increases greatly, the contact angle becomes smaller, and the hydrophilicity is improved; the viscous elasticity of IPDI/PLEG-800 is high; the addition of PEG-800 increases the crystalline and improves the toughness of IPDI/PLA.
