摘要
介绍了美国机械工程师协会2010年压力容器与管道会议（PVP 2010）的各主题和研究议题。通过对比2008~2010年PVP的主题、各分议题论文数量与比例,分析了近年来压力容器和管道领域的国际研究热点和发展趋势;介绍了ASME PVPC学生论文竞赛要求、评比规则和2010年参赛情况。
A brief introduction of the 2010 Pressure Vessels Piping Conference（PVP 2010） sponsored by the ASME Pressure Vessels and Piping Division was given.Development trends as well as some rapidly growing area of research is presented by analyzing the paper number and proportion of various technical sessions.The requirements of ASME PVP student paper competition are also described in detail.
