摘要
对运营了二十多年的老管道进行耐压试验及应力测试研究。结合试验情况、管道历史背景并参引Ｂ３１．Ｇ评价方法，对管道应力状况、承载能力等进行了多方面分析探讨。结果认为，管道强度尚有一定的储备，具备提压的可行性，并可实现越站输送。文章还给出了适宜的增压范围及使用处理意见。
Abstract Strength tests and stress measurement were carried out on an old pipeline which has been used for over 20 years.The stress state and loaded capability of the pressured pipe were analyzed based on test conditions and background of pipeline and referring to the evaluation procedure B31.G.It is considered that the pipe strength still has a certain reserve and it is feasible to increase the pressure-that can be higher than designed pressure and it may achieve bypass operation on the pipeline.The appropriate range of pressure and suggestion for using are given.
