摘要
将回流区分级着火技术应用于低热值高炉煤气(BFG)燃烧,设计了高炉煤气开缝钝体燃烧器,用于宝钢自备电厂1160t/h锅炉,代替原日本设计的隔栅式直流燃烧器。试验和三年运行结果表明,新型燃烧器稳定了喷口出口火焰,强化了高炉煤气在炉膛底部的燃烧,取得了降低炉尾烟温。
Based on the technique of the grading fire in recirculation zone,a slit bluffbody burner has been designed and applied to the power boiler in BaoSteel Power Plant for the combustion of poor blast furnace gas(BFG)instead of old type burners.The result of test and operation shows that the improved burner can stabilize the burned fire and strengthen the combustion of the poor gas at bottom of the boiler,therefore,reduce the temperature of boilertail and prevent from the tubebreak danger.\=
