摘要
建立了以降低氧气放散率为目的的高炉休风模型,并实际应用在宝山钢铁公司能源部能源管理系统中。通过开发实例,详细介绍了构造模型的思路和方法。根据生产计划和供氧系统实时运行参数,系统可对用户进行氧、氮、氩需求预测,从而合理安排气体的生产、使用和储存等多个环节,制定安全有效的专家决策,实现氧气合理利用。该系统能为决策者提供全面的辅助决策信息,具有调节手段灵活、多样的特点,系统是开放的。系统已通过宝钢专家组的验收。
A model of blast furnace blow down for oxygen releasing rate is established and used in energy resources management department of iron and steel works.Based on the practice,the thinking and method about building the model were discussed.According to the plan and oxygen supply system operation date,the system can forecast the requirements for oxygen,nitrogen and argon,coordinate their production,utilization,transportation and storage,and make safe and effective expert division,which can bring about rational utilization of oxygen.The system can give decisionmaker overall and auxiliary information.The open system is flexible and easytouse.The system has been checked and accepted by BISC expert group and used in practice.\=
