摘要
提出了微乳液增敏流动注射光度法测定锰的新方法.实验表明:由SDS、正丁醇及正庚烷等组成的微乳液对流动注射光度法测锰具有增敏作用.测定灵敏度比用SDS胶束提高了9.6%,采样频率可达240次样/h.方法用于实际样品分析结果令人满意.
A flow injection analysis (FIA) for the dctednation of Mn (Ⅱ) enhanced by microemulsion is presented in thispaper. The results show that the microemulsion of SDS-n-C4H9OH-n- C7H16-H2O can enhance the sensitivity fordetermination of Mn (Ⅱ) with FIA. The sensitivity in microemulsion is 9.6% higher than that in micelle. The samplingrate is 240 samples/h. The practical samples are analyzed by this method with satisfactory results.
