摘要
研究了在碱性介质中,空气氧化Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅳ)后在酸性介质中,Mn(Ⅳ)氧化二安替比林对乙氧基苯基甲烷(DApEM)生成黄色产物,λmax=450nm,ε=1.49×105,锰的含量在0~10μg/25mL内符合比尔定律,方法用于钢铁样品中锰的测定,结果满意.
In the alkaline medium, manganese(Ⅱ) was oxidized to manganese (Ⅳ) by air. In the phosphoric acid medium,manganese(Ⅳ) reacted with diantipyryl- (ethoxy) -phenylmethane (DApEM) to form a yellow product. The malor absorptivityis 1.49×10~5 L· mol-1· cm-1 at 450um, Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg/25mL. This method can applied tothe determinatiion of manganese in steel with satisfactory results.
