摘要
研究了锡(Ⅱ)对铕-四环素体系中铕的荧光增敏作用,对其增敏机理进行了探讨,并进一步研究了该体系荧光法测定铕的最佳测定条件。该体系测定铕的检测限为0.02μg/L,无锡存在时,铕的检测限为0.09μg/L。锡(Ⅱ)使铕的荧光检测限降低了4.5倍,用一级导数荧光法,使铕的荧光检测限进一步降低到0.01μg/L。成功地测定了混合稀土氧化物中铕的含量.
In this paper the influence of Sn ion on the fluorescence of europium-tetracycline system was studied, and the fluorescence enhancement mechanism was investigated. The optimum experimental conditions were also proposed. The detection limites for europium in this system are 0.02μg/L in the presence of Sn ion and 0.09μg/L in the absence ofSn ion. The detection limit can also be decreased to 0.01 1μg/L by using the first order derivative fluorophotometry.This system has been successfully used in the determination of europium in the rare earth oxides with satisfatory results.
