摘要
发展循环经济,是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会和实现可持续发展的重要途径。日照市作为发展基础较为薄弱的沿海开放城市,面对经济发展与环境保护的压力,立足自身实际,确定发展循环经济,建设资源节约型环境友好型社会的发展战略,实现了经济社会与环境资源的协调发展。本文总结分析了其决策动因和基本做法;并对下步工作提出了建议。
Developing circular economy is an important channel for building Resources-Efficient and Environment-Friendly Society as well as realization of sustainable development.As the under-developed coastal open city,facing the pressure of development of economy and environment-protection,based on the actual situation,Rizhao determined the strategy of developing circular economy and building Resources-Efficient and Environment-Friendly Society.It has realized the coordinated development among economy,society,resources and environment.This paper mainly introduces the background and the practice,analyses the problems and proposes the suggestions.
