Determination of Trace Element Ge in Chinese Herb by Flame AAS Using Surfactant as Sensibilizer

摘要 建立了表面活性剂增敏—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素锗。当表面活性剂聚乙烯醇存在时,测定锗的吸光度增加了2.95倍,氯化钠、硝酸分别为消电离剂、释放剂消除基体物质的干扰。方法的线性范围为0.6-5.0μg·mL-1,检出限为0.5μg·mL-1,此法用于中草药中微量锗的测定,结果满意。 A method of FAAS for the determination of Ge in Chinese herbs was established. When sensibilization of the surfactants poryvinyl alcohol exists,absorbance for the determination of Ge was increased by 2. 95 times. As eliminate ionization reagent and release reagent,NaCl and HNO3 can eliminate the influence of basic material. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration of 0. 6 -5 μg·mL-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9992 and a detection limit of 0. 5 μg·mL-1. The method could be applied in the determination of Ge in Chinese herbs with good results.
