摘要
目的评价布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉剂治疗支气管哮喘前后对患者血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法 80例哮喘患者采用ELISA方法检测血清IL-8、TGF-β1水平,然后吸入布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉剂(每吸含布地奈德、福莫特罗分别为160,45μg)2吸,早晚各一次,疗程12周。观察治疗前后患者IL-8、TGF-β1变化情况。结果哮喘发作时IL-8浓度升高而TGF-β1降低,治疗后IL-8浓度较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)、TGF-β1较治疗前亦明显升高(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者急性发作期血清中IL-8水平升高,而TGF-β1水平降低,布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉剂可降低哮喘患者血清中IL-8浓度,并同时升高TGF-β1浓度。
Objective To investigate the effects of symbicort turbuhaler treatment on of the levels of transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1）and interleukin-8（IL-8） in patients with bronchia asthma. Methods ELISA method was used to analyze the serum concentrations of IL-8 and TGF-β1 levels in the 80 patients with acute asthma before and after symbicort turbuhaler treatment for 12 weeks. Results There was a dramatic increase in the IL-8 and TGF-β1 levels were significantly decreased in the asthma patients in the period of onset.The IL-8 in the patients receiving symbicort turbuhaler treatment obviously decreased and TGF-β1 levels increased in the meantime. Conclusion The serum levels of IL-8 was higher and TGF-β1 proved to be lower in the patients with asthma.Symbicort turbuhaler could decrease IL-8 levels and increased TGF-β1 levels in the serum of patients.
