摘要
在既有的有关民众维权抗争研究中,研究者构建了诸如"依法抗争"、"以法抗争"和"草根动员"等解释框架用以解释民众的维权抗争行为,但这些框架大多突出民众视角,是建立在一种维权范式的基础上形成的。经验表明,这些解释框架不足以揭示问题的本质。为此,本研究尝试着提出一种新的解释框架,即策略性均衡,从国家与民众互动的视角进行分析,凸显的是民众维权与国家治理的双重范式。
Some analytic frames such as ＂Policy-based resistance＂,＂resistance by laws＂,which were used to explain the maintaining rights of citizens,have been constructed in the study on the peasants opposing for rights,but they mainly embodied the viewpoints of peasants and stood on basis of rights-maintaining.Experiences indicate that these frames can not expose the essence of the problem.Therefore,a new analytic frame named ＂strategic balance＂ is proposed,which analyses in view of mutual communication between the state and citizens,and embodies the double mode of governing and maintaining right.
