摘要
目的总结35例腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的手术护理和配合经验。方法分析35例行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的Tlb～T2期患者的临床资料，进行术前心理护理，按Monstouris法行积极手术护理配合，术后反馈患者情况及护理质量。结果35例手术成功，平均手术时间为300min，平均出血量为350ml，8例出现术后并发症（直肠损伤、尿漏等），术后随访无局部复发及远处转移。结论此手术方式效果确切、出血少、并发症少，积极手术配合及护理有助于减轻患者心理负担、提高手术成功率。
Objective To summarize the experience in patient care and surgical collaboration for laparoscopic radical prostatectomy （ LRP ）. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients （ stages Ta to T2 ） undergoing LRP were analysed. Psychologic care was performed before surgery. Active surgical collaboration with Monstouris technique was provided during LRP. Feedback of patient status and nursing quality was obtained postoperatively. Results The procedure was successful in all the patients. The mean surgical time was 300min, and the mean bleeding volume was 350ml. Postoperative complications including rectal injury and urine leakage occurred in 8 patients. No local recun＇ence or metastasis were found during follow-up. Conclusions Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is effective and has less bleeding volume and fewer complications. Surgical collaboration and nursing care are helpful for relieving psychologic stress in patients and increasing success rate of the procedure.
