摘要
在国际金融危机冲击下,各区域工业增长出现显著分化,其原因包括投资力度的区域差异、区域产业结构差异、产业转型升级受阻、区域性中心城市发展战略失误、大城市集聚区的辐射等。区域工业的均衡发展需要在战略上进行调整,实施区域差别的工业发展战略,促进生产要素自由流动,产业政策向微观层面倾斜,发展大城市集聚区。
Under the impact of financial crisis,the regional industrial growth appears significant differentiation.The causes include investment force,industrial structure,delayed industrial upgrading,the strategic mistakes of regional center cities,gathering area of radiation cities,etc.The regional industrial development strategy needs to be adjusted.China must carry out the regional industrial development strategy,promote the free movement of factors of production,put industrial policy on the micro-level,and expand large urban agglomerations.
