摘要
目的探讨超声心动图在冠状动脉瘘与冠状动脉窦瘤中的鉴别诊断价值。方法对3例诊断为冠状动脉瘘与16例诊断为冠状动脉窦瘤破裂的超声心动图进行分析。结果超声心动图对19例均能做出较为明确的初步诊断,术后证实诊断符合率达100%。结论超声心动图在冠状动脉瘘与冠状动脉窦瘤的鉴别诊断上具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To discuss the value of echocardiography in the differential diagnosis of coronary artery fistula and coronary sinus aneurysm.Methods To analyze the feature of echocardiography in 3 patients with coronary artery fistula and 16 patients with coronary sinus aneurysm.Results Echocardiography could make a more specific preliminary diagnosis for 19 patients.Diagnostic accuracy is 100% that confirmed after surgery.Conclusions The echocardiography has an important value in the differential diagnosis of coronary artery fistula and coronary sinus aneurysm.
