摘要
目的探讨腹部创伤的急诊CT表现,评价CT检查的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析68例腹部创伤病例的CT表现,扫描范围自膈顶至肾下极,部分病例作全腹扫描。所有病例均经手术治疗,治疗结果与CT诊断进行对照,观察急诊CT诊断腹部创伤的敏感性和特异性。结果 68例腹部创伤患者中,CT诊断与手术结果对照,64例相符,CT诊断符合率94.12%,6例诊断不全的原因为多发伤,尤其是血管和空腔脏器的损伤。结论急诊CT检查对腹部创伤具有较高的诊断价值,应作为腹部外伤急诊检查的常规之一。
Objective To explore the manifestations of computed tomography（CT）for acute abdomen traumas and evaluate the diagnostic value of CT.Methods 68 cases of abdomen traumas were studied retrospectly,Scanned scale covered diaphragmatic dome to inferior pole of kidney,The entire abdomen scan was performed on part patients,all cases had operations.The CT results were compared with the operation.Results Results of 64 of the 68 cases,who had surgical operations,Could match their CT diagnosis,The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 94.12%.The other 4 cases had injuries of blood vessel.Conclusion The CT has high diagnostic value in acute abdomen trauma,CT is one of the most important imaging tool for abdomen trauma diagnosing.
