摘要
Cr4Mo4V钢经过冷处理,不但可以使钢中残余奥氏体含量降低,更重要的是能改变钢的显微组织形态和亚结构。试验结果表明,钢的尺寸变化率,未冷处理钢是冷处理钢的182倍;高温接触疲劳额定寿命L10,冷处理钢较未冷处理提高37%。
The residual austenite in steel Cr4Mo4V can be
reduced by cold treatment, and it is more important that by which the morphology of
microstructure and substructure of steel can be improved. The test results showed that
dimension change percent of noncoldtreated steel was 1.82 times as much as that of
coldtreatedsteel, and the contact fatigue rating life of coldtreated steel at high temperature
increased 37% as compared with that of noncoldtreated steel.
