摘要
采用气-气、液-液及气-液系统研究了在工业上广泛应用的T型管混合器的压降,发现其压降主要与两股混合物流的动量比有关,与物性基本无关;模拟计算了气-液系统的压降,计算结果与实验结果较为吻合。
Through research on pressure drop of Ttype pipe mixer widely used in the industries by adopting airair, liquidliquid and airliquid systems, it is found that the pressure drop is mainly related to momentum ratio of two streams of mixture and has nothing to do with material properties; the analogue calculation results of pressure drop of airliquid system are identical to the test results.
