摘要
根据北京市自学考试的缺考数据，通过文献研究、调查和访谈等方式，从宏观、中观和微观三个层面分析考生缺考的原因有：自学考试的政策法规没有完全落实；其他高等教育形式的冲击；北京市自学考试相关政策的影响；自学考试的助学和服务机构对考生的教育与指导不足；考试时间冲突；考生急于求成，考前复习不够充分；考生报错专业或课程等。
According to the data of absence in the self-taught examinations in Beijing, we analyze from the macro, meso and micro levels and through documents, investigation and interview research that the absence causes in the self-taught examinations are as follows： policies and regulations are not implemented completely; impacted by other higher education form; affected by related policies of self-taught examinations in Beijing; it is not enough that the service agencies of self-taught examinations provided examinees with education and guidance; examination time conflicted; the examinees are anxious for success and inadequate in review; the profession or course registered by examinees is not correct, etc.
