摘要
采用竹粉填充聚氯乙烯,研究了竹粉纤维预处理、竹粉纤维含量、粒径大小对改性聚氯乙烯塑料性能的影响。发现对竹粉纤维进行碱处理、偶联处理可提高复合材料的拉伸强度,但冲击强度略有下降;竹粉纤维含量的增加、粒径增大会使改性聚氯乙烯塑料拉伸强度、冲击强度下降。该改性聚氯乙烯塑料的综合性能良好,仍有广阔的应用前景。采用竹粉填充聚氯乙烯,研究了竹粉纤维预处理、竹粉纤维含量、粒径大小对改性聚氯乙烯塑料性能的影响。发现对竹粉纤维进行碱处理、偶联处理可提高复合材料的拉伸强度,但冲击强度略有下降;竹粉纤维含量的增加、粒径增大会使改性聚氯乙烯塑料拉伸强度、冲击强度下降。该改性聚氯乙烯塑料的综合性能良好,仍有广阔的应用前景。
Poly(viny chloride) was modified by bamboo powder.The effects on modified material properties,such as bamboo fiber pretreatment,contents of bamboo powder and bamboo powder particles size were researched.The results showed that the tensile strength can be increased by alcali treated bamboo powder and organosilane(H 560)treated bamboo powder,but the impact strength were decreased a little bit.With the contents of bamboo powder increased and the bamboo powder particle diameter increased the tensile strength and the impact strength were decreased.the combination property of the modified PVC material is perfect and will have wide application prospect in future.
