社会生活技能训练改善恢复期精神分裂症患者病情的效果研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨社会生活技能训练改善恢复期精神分裂症患者病情的效果.方法 60例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组（32例）和对照组（28例）.对照组采用药物治疗和普通护理.研究组在此基础上给予为期8 w的社会独立技能康复训练,治疗前后采用简明精神病量表（BPRS）和住院精神患者康复疗效评定量表（IRPOS）评定临床治疗效果.结果 治疗前BPRS、IRPOS测评两组间无明显差别（P＞0.05）,治疗后IRPOS、BPRS测评研究组明显好于对照组（P均＜0.01）.结论 社会生活技能训练能够改善精神分裂症患者的病情,提高社会功能,具有良好的临床康复效果.
