摘要
目的 探讨外科重症监护室（SICU）开展术前访视对选择性大手术后患者护理配合程度的影响.方法 对入住SICU的100例食道癌患者随机进行单偶数分组,分为对照组和访视组.对照组进行常规术前护理和健康教育,访视组除给予常规术前护理和健康教育外,由两名经过训练的SICU护士按照自制访视内容于手术前1 d进行访视.根据食道癌术后疾病特点,设计术后护理配合程度调查表,SICU护士根据调查表内容对调查对象入住SICU期间护理行为进行观察记录,比较两组术后护理配合程度.结果 访视组术后护理配合程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 ICU开展术前访视可提高其术后护理配合程度,提高护理质量.
Objective To investigate the value of preoperative visiting on improving compliance of postoperative patients in surgical intensive care unit （SICU） . Methods A total of 100 esophageal cancer patients were divided into control group and visiting group randomly. Patients in visiting group were accepted visiting by SICU nurses on 1 day before operation. We designed a questionnaire according to the features of patients with esophageal cancer. The cooperative levels of postoperative patients in SICU was observed and the questionnaire was filled in. The compliance was compared then. Results The patients in visiting group were more compliant the patients in control group significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Preoperative visiting can improve the compliance of postoperative patients in SICU.
