摘要
目的探讨松毛虫对人眼损伤的规律、机制及治疗。方法通过兔限松毛虫致伤的实验和本院136例松毛虫眼部损伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果发现二种不同致伤途径、部位、病程经过的松毛虫眼病。结论松毛虫性眼部损伤应分毒毛性、蜕毛性两型，根据分型给予不同的治疗。
Objective The mechanism and management of ocular injurycaused by dendrolimus were studied. Methods The experimental studieson rabbits, eyes damaged by dendrolimus were taken. And 136 clinicalcases of eye injury caused by edndrolimus were statistically analyzed.Results Two kinds of invade course, situation and process of pathologicalof eye injury by dendrolimus were discovered.Conclusion The dendrolimus ocular injury may divided into two types:the posion seta anddegenerate seta types.According to the types, differential treatmentshould be determined.
