维持性血液透析患者不宁腿综合征的护理 被引量：2

摘要 不宁腿综合征（restless legs syndrome,RLS）是维持性血液透析患者常见的并发症状一.其机制与患者透析不充分,体内甲状旁腺素等大分子毒素蓄积,同时胃黏膜铁吸收下降和铁蛋白缺乏,所引起的多巴胺神经系统功能障碍有关[1].护理是预防和治疗RLS的重要环节.目前RLS的护理以对症为主,包括心理护理、肢体护理和用药护理等[1-2],但对RLS的预防护理则报道较少.2005年6月至2010年1月我院血液净化中心共有47例维持性血液透析并发RLS的患者,给予治疗时联合对症和预防护理后,RLS的发作强度、频率及次数均明显下降,效果显著,现报道如下.
