摘要
目的：研究中老年男性血清睾酮和皮质醇含量变化及规律。方法：５８１例４０岁以上健康男性以每１０年为一年龄组，分为４组。以２０～３９岁健康男性１１０例作为对照组。均于上午８～１０时静脉采血，分离血清，应用放免分析方法检测血清睾酮和皮质醇含量。结果：（１）４０岁以上各组血清睾酮含量与年轻组比较明显下降（Ｐ＜００１），血清皮质醇含量逐渐增加，与对照组比较均差异显著（Ｐ＜００１）；（２）血清睾酮与皮质醇含量呈显著负相关（ｒ＝－０．３０９６，Ｐ＜００１）。结论：随增龄睾丸的内分泌功能逐渐下降。
AIM: To study the change of serum levels of testosterone (T) and cortisol (CORT) in heathy middle, older men .METHODS:Serum levels of T and CORT was measured by RIA in 581 healthy men (age 40～89) which were divided into four groups according to their age and 110 healthy men (age 20～39) as control group.RESULTS:(1) Serum T levels was significently decreased ( r=-0.5144, P<0.01 ) in groups over 40 years old compared with the controls, while serum CORT levels was increased ( r=0.2809, P<0.01 ) compared with the controls; (2) Serum levles of T and CORT was in a negative correlation ( r=-0.3096, P<0.01 ).CONCLUSION:Testicular endocrinological function was gradually declined with age, while adrenocortical function was increased.
