摘要
目的探索扩大吻合血管腓骨移植修复骨缺损的应用范围。方法应用吻合血管节段性腓骨移植修复骨肿瘤切除后腔性骨缺损;吻合血管双节段腓骨或复合组织瓣移植一期修复尺、桡骨缺损;对于Ⅲ度胫骨粉碎性骨折,采用带血管或吻合血管腓骨移植,起到内夹板固定作用,并加速骨折的愈合。结果所有被修复骨缺损均获良好愈合,其功能与外形均令人满意。结论以上术式的开展,扩大了吻合血管腓骨移植的应用范围,为腓骨移植展示了良好的临床应用前景。
ObjectiveTo extand the scope of clinical application of
vascularized fibular graft for repairing bone defect. MethodsThe vascularized segmental fibular
graft was used to repair the bone defect due to bone tumor resection. The folded vascularized
fibular or composite tissue flaps were used to treat the bone defect of radius and ulna. The
vascularized or pedicle fibular graft for the treatment of grade comminuted fracture of tibia
played the role of both internal fixation and accelerating bone healing. ResultsThe repaired
bone defects all had excellent bone healing with satisfactory functional recovery.
ConclusionThe new surgical treatments enlarged the scope of clinical application of
vascularized fibular grafts and indicated the potential of a broad aspects of clinical application
of fibular transplantation.
