摘要
目的:了解佛山市南海区红十字会医院门诊处方糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况及存在问题,并进行分析讨论。方法:以确定数量法随机抽取我院2009年1—10月门诊各科处方9000张,对含有糖皮质激素类药物的处方品种个数、所占比例、使用情况、使用的对应症状、合理性等进行统计分析。结果:糖皮质激素类药物在我院门诊广泛使用,处方使用率占29.9%,个别科室的使用率偏高,其中五官科的处方使用率占89%,急诊科占49%,内科占34%,部分处方存在滥用、乱用的现象。结论:加强糖皮质激素类药物的用药监控和教育,提高对滥用糖皮质激素危害的认识,减少药源性不良事件的发生,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo and the problems in outpatient utilization of glucocorticoid drugs in our hospital. METHODS： By a method of quantification, 9 000 outpatient prescriptions from Jan. 2009 to Oct. 2009 in our hospital were randomly sampled for a statistical analysis of the utilization of glucocorticoid drugs in respect of its varieties, proportion, utilization status, indications and rationality etc. RESULTS： Glucocorticoid drugs were used in 29.9% of the outpatients in our hospital, 89% in ENT department, 49% in emergency department, and 34% in internal medicine department. Glucocorticoid drugs were used indiscriminately or wrongly in some prescriptions. CONCLUSION： Monitoring and education of the utilization of glucocorticoid drugs should be strengthened to improve one＇ s awareness of hazards of the abuse of glucocorticoid drugs reduce the incidence of drug- induced adverse events and promote rational drug use.
