摘要
目的探讨术前血压突然升高者，手术时的麻醉方法。方法对63例进手术室后血压明显升高（≥24／13．3kPa）者，采用基础麻醉联合神经阻滞麻醉下手术。结果病人均很快（3～5min）安静熟睡，血压降至正常范围内，顺利完成眼科显微手术。术毕（或经催醒）可步行回病房。结论这种联合麻醉对上述患者不失为一种有益的麻醉方法。
Objective To discuss anesthesia in operation when patients' blood pressure goes up suddenly before operation. Methods Basic anesthesia connected with block anesthesia was operated on 63 patients whose blood pressure went up after entering into the operating room. Results The patients slept quietly with in 3 to 5 minutes,whose blood pressure went down to normal level,and ophthalmic microsurgery was completed without any trouble. After operation,or after being waken up, they could walk back to their wards. Conclusion Anesthesia connected with block anesthesia is an effective way for patients as mentioned above.
