摘要
简要介绍我国沿海灯塔所使用灯器的历史沿革和现状,论述研究设计大型智能化航标旋转灯器的必要性;系统阐述了大型智能化航标旋转灯器设计的技术依据;全面介绍了灯体机械结构、光学、旋转驱动、安全防护以及控制和信息传输各系统的主要设计思想。所设计的灯器采用多项新技术,已经在实际中得到成功应用,实现了节能、减排,促进了航标技术进步。设计方案对于其它航标灯器的设计也有参考价值。
Navigation lights are the most important part of beacons,the history and present situation of beacons along the China＇s coast are introduced and the development necessity of large intelligent rotation lights is discussed.Technical basis of large intelligent rotation lights is fully introduced.The mechanical structures,optics,rotation drive,safety protection,control and information transmissions are described in detail.The design incorporates a few new technologies and succeeds in saving energy and reducing GHG emission.The design will be a valuable reference for designing other navigation lights.
