摘要
目的:观察培哚普利对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)肾脏前列腺素代谢的影响,探讨培哚普利防治DN的机制。方法:44例无高血压、持续有微量白蛋白尿的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为培哚普利治疗组和常规治疗组。15例正常人为正常对照组。结果:培哚普利治疗8周后DN患者尿6-k-PGF1α、PGE2排泄分别增加28.1%、24.5%(P<0.05),而对TXB2排泄无影响;常规治疗对尿前列腺素排泄无影响。结论:培哚普利对DN肾功能的保护作用和其介导肾脏PGE2、PGI2合成分泌密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of perindopril on metabolism of prostaglandins in kidneys at the early stage of diabetic nephropathy (DN) to explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment of DN with perindopril. Methods: Forty four cases of non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus with microalbuminuria and normatension were randomized into the routinely treated group (RTG) and perindopril treated group (PTG). Results: Eight weeks after the treatment, the excretion of urinary 6 keto prostaglandin F 1α and prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) was increased by 28.1% and 24.5% respectively while the excretion of urinary thromboxane B 2 remained stable in PTG. In RTG, no significant changes were found. Conclusion: Perindopril might protect renal function in patients with DN through increasing the production of prostacyclin and PGE 2.
