摘要
目的探讨与细胞周期调节相关的基因p06和Rb基因在贲门癌中的表达及其意义。方法用SP免疫级化法对58例贲门癌进行p16和Rb基因蛋白的检测。结果随着贲门癌恶性程度的加重和浸润的加深，p16基因蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐降低，而Rb基因蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐升高（P＜0．05）。p16和Rb基因蛋白的表达呈显著负相关（P＜0．05）。结论p16和Rb基因蛋白的表达异常在贲门癌的发生发展中起重要作用。p16基因蛋白对Rb基因蛋白的表达具有负性调节作用。
Objective To find the expression and significance of gene changes which were related to cell - cycle regulato in gastric candia carcinma.Methods The immunohistochemical mehod(SP)was used to study the expression of p16and Rb proteins in 58 cases of gastric cardea carcinoma. Results For p16, the positive rates decreased with the progression ofthe pathological grade and invasion, while for Rb, the positive rates increased (P < 0.05). There was an inverse relationshipbetween the expression of p16 and Rb gene protein (P < 0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that deletion of p16 andRb gene Protein expession is related with carcinogenesis of gastric cardia carcinoma, and Rb expression is negatively regulated by the functional of p16 gene protein.
