摘要
目的：探讨隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的针吸细胞学特点。方法：将肿瘤吸出物推片染色观察。结果：１９ 例穿刺细胞学涂片１５ 例与手术标本相符，符合率７８－５ ％ 。结论：本病针吸容易，快速简便。
Objective:To study the characteristics of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberant in the needle aspiration cytology.Methods:The aspiration tissues of the tumor were smeared,stained and then observed under light microscopy.Results:Amony the 19 cases of aspiration cyfological biopsy,the results of fifteen were consistent with those of surgical biopsy.The consistant rate was 78.5%.Conclusion:The needle aspiration cytology is an easy,rapid and simple technique for the diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberent.
