摘要
目的：探讨细菌内毒素检查法在一次性输液器检查中应用的可行性。方法：采用内毒素检查法和热原检查法对一次性输液器进行对照试验。结果：两种方法检查结果一致。结论：该法可以用于一次性输液器的细菌内毒素检查。
OBJECTIVE :To research into the possibility of the use of bacterial endotoxins in the test of infusion sets for single use. METHODS :Contrast experiments on the infusion set were made using bacterial endotoxins and pyrogen tests. RESULTS :The two methods can be used for bacterial endotoxons test of the infusion sets for single use.
