摘要
目的：考察硫酸阿米卡星注射液细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法：抑制增强试验和对比试验。结果：１∶４０的样品溶液无干扰作用，与家兔法结果一致。结论：将硫酸阿米卡星注射液稀释４０倍可用灵敏度为０．５ＥＵ·ｍｌ－１的鲎试剂作细菌内毒素检查。
OBJECTIVE :To inspect on the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test for amikacin sulfate injection. METHODS :Inhibition and enhancement test & contrast test. RESULTS :The test was not disturbed by the sample solution of 140, as was the same as rabbit test.CONCLUSIONS :Amikacin sulfate injection added the solvent up to 40 times could be tested with the sentivity of 0.5EUml-1.
