摘要
本文分析了国内外网络开放获取的学术资源的优势,探讨了其实现的途径及其相应的资源布局,提出了网络环境下开放存取的学术资源获取的方法和策略。
In this article,the author analyses the advantages of the Open Access online academic information resources and introduces the typical types of OA all over the world in order to make researchers know the current situation and development of OA.In the last the author provides Acquisition Strategies of Open Access Academic Resources.
