摘要
不孕不育是影响人类生殖健康的重要问题。估计在男性不育症患者中染色体异常占2%-8%,平均5%。其中最为常见的染色体异常就是克氏综合征。过去大多数人认为克氏综合征患者是不育的,没有作父亲的可能,然而随着近年来辅助生殖技术的发展,已有克氏综合征患者通过辅助生殖技术生出健康后代的报到。本文就目前克氏综合征的一些新进展作一综述。
Infertility is important issue which affects human reproductive health.It is estimated that chromosomal abnormalities in patients with male infertility account for 2%-8% an average of 5%.And the most common chromosomal abnormality is Klinefelter syndrome.In the past most people considered that patients with Klinefelter syndrome were sterile with no hope for paternity.However with advancements in artificial reproductive techniques the successful birth of healthy children with sperms from men with Klinefelter syndrome have been reported.This paper reviews some new advances in Klinefelter syndrome.
