摘要
首次报道我国特有单种属植物华木莲SinomanglietiaglaucaZ.X.YuetQ.Y.Zheng木材的主要解剖特征:散孔材;管孔通常48~168个/mm2;管孔单独或由2~3个稀6个成径列复管孔,间或出现管孔团;管孔略具棱角;主要为单管孔稀为梯状穿孔,具2~13个横闩,通常3~8个。管间纹孔式梯状或梯状-对列;螺纹加厚缺如。导管分子长547~973μm,通常长775μm。木射线异形ⅡA及ⅡB型,少数Ⅰ型,具1~2有时3~4列细胞;单列射线高3~11(偶至18)个细胞,99~337cm;多列射线宽2~3(~4)个细胞或33.00~40.33μm,高4~59(通常21~40)个细胞或109~1550(通常547~1034)μm;无油细胞;纤维管胞长886~1763μm,通常长1305μm;木薄壁组织轮界状,通常宽2~4有时可达5个细胞。本研究支持华木莲属的建立。
The present papar contributes the wood structure of Sinomanglietia glauca Z. X. Yu et Q. Y. Zheng, an endemic monotypic genus of the family Magnoliaceae. The anatomical features of this wood is described as follows: Diffuse-porous wood; pores 48~168 per. sq. mm, solitary or in radial multiples of 2~3 (may be up to 6) pore clusters also occur but rare, more or less angular in shape, perforation plates were chiefly simple perforated or rare scalariform, with 2~13 bars, generally 3~8, intervascular pittings scalariform or scalariform-opposite pittings, spiral thickenings sbsent; vessel elements 547~973 μm, generally 775μm long; wood rays heterogeneous, type Ⅱ A,Ⅱ B rareⅠ, sometimes 3~4 rows of upright cells on both margins, uniserate 3~11 cells (may be up to 18) or 99~337 μm high, the multiseriate rays 2~3(~4) cells or 33.0~40.33 μm wide, and 4~59 (mostly up to 21~40) cells or 109~1550(547~1034)μm high; oil cells absent, fiber tracheids 0.886~1.763 mm, generally 1.305 mm long; wood parenchma terminal narrow banded (generally 2~4 cells wide, may be up to 5). The multiseriate ray with one row of short branch, 5-cell (111.72 μm) high has been observed in this study. Besides, the multiseriate ray merged with the 4 neighouring axial parenchyma, as was discovered for the first time, taking on the shape of the aggregate ray with numerous cells in height and 4~13 cells (215.07~331.93 μm)in width. It seems extremely special in the Magnoliaceae's wood structure and further studies on it, therefore, are earnestly needed. The study supports the opinion of estoblishing Sinomanglietia Z. X. Yu.
