中亚以东南家牛亲缘系统研究 被引量:5

STUDIES ON PHYLON OF NATIVE CATTLE POPULATIONS IN EASTAND SOUTH OF CENTRAL ASIA

摘要 根据中亚以东南即东亚、南亚、东南亚42个地方牛群体控制血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清运铁蛋白变异的3个基因座18个等位基因的频率,以下式计算群体间对模糊相似关系的隶属函数,构建模糊相容关系矩阵R,合成模糊等价关系,籍以对42个群体进行模糊聚类:μR(k,k′)=12lnJkk′JkJk′+1。其中Jk、Jk′、Jkk′分别代表从第k个、第k′个以及同时从2个群体随机获得相同等位基因之概率的(座位间)均值。42个群体在μR41(k,k′)≥0.984的水平聚落为“蒙古利亚”、“南岛”和“中间”三大集团以及不属于任何集团的美国婆罗门牛及巴厘牛。中国长城以北、朝鲜半岛和日本列岛群体属“蒙古利亚”集团;中国台湾、东南亚沿海、半岛、岛屿以及南亚群体属“南岛”集团;黄河流域及其以南的大陆群体属“中间”集团。三大集团在μR41(k,k′)≥0.975的水平聚扰,表现出相当密切的关系。巴厘牛直到μR41(k,k′)=0.847的水平仍游离于所有群体。“中间”集团在μR41(k,k′)≥0.989的水平值区分为南、北两翼。其北,大体上由黄河中、下游流域、汉江上中游各支流沿岸的群体组成,其南乃长江流域其它地域和以南的群体。这个结果? The menbership fuctions between populations to the fuzzy resemblance ralation R from which the fuzzy matria, as such 42 ary fuzzy similaraty ration R 41 is compounded are analysed on the basis of gene frequencies of 18 alleles in 3 loci determining the Hemoglobin (Hb), Serum albumin (Alb) or serum tranferrin (Tf) polymorphism in 42 populations known up to now in east and south of Gentral Asia viz East, Southeast and South Asia with following expression: R (k,k)= 1 2 ln Jkk JkJk +1. were Jk is mean probability got same allele, if sample from gametes of the population number k at random, Jk from k and Jkk from both at the same time, as have been defined by Nei (1973), and according to the fuzzy cluster analysis, the partition tree of native cattle in east and south of Central Asia is constituted by the fuzzy similaraty ralation R 41 in this paper. As the result of this study it is eatablished that, 42 populations are divided into three major groups, namely, one is distributed North China, Viz Korea peninsula and Japan Islands and is preliminarily named as Mongolian Group, one in islands and peninsulas of East Asia and South Asia and is preliminarily named as Southern Islands Group and Intermediate Group in part of Chinses continent from the Yellow River Valley to south seacoat, and two small populations independent of major Groups, namely, Americal Brahman Breed and Bali Cattle, at the level of R 41(k,k)0.984; The three groups are gathered together at the level of R 41(k,k)0.975, that the blood close relationships smong them are demonstrated, but the Bali cattle is independent of the partition tree composed of all other populations until the level of R 41(k,k)=0. 847, it and others are least related. The Intermediate Group is divided into North and South sides at level of R 41(k,k)0.989 again, the population in middle and lover valleys of Yellow River and along the tributaries of upper and middle reaches of Han River are comprised by North, the populations in part of Chinese continent from Yangtze River valley to south seacoat are comprised by South. Those results obtained are shown to conform to the Historical data about the genealogy of various population.
