楸树优良无性系组培苗苗期试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 作者对引进的5个楸树无性系组培苗进行了苗期无性系对比试验,并对组培苗移栽时不同苗高和截干处理对1a生苗木生长量的影响进行分析,结果表明:5个无性系间1a生株高、地径生长量差异显著,冬季受冻害差异极显著,5个无性系中001-4表现最好;组培苗移栽前不同苗高和截干处理对无性系1a生长量不存在显著影响,苗期生长状况仅与无性系相关。本研究为楸树无性系组培苗的苗期选择及移栽方式确定提供了依据。 The contrast experiment in seedling stage was carried out in tissue culture seedling of five fine clones of Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey.Effect was analyzed in one-year growth of clone that tissue culture seedling was transplanted in different height and truncated trunk.The results of variance analysis to different clones were as follows,there were significant differences among five clones in height and stem base of one-year seedlings,and extremely significant differences in the degree of cold injury.The best clone was 001-4.There was not significant effect on one-year growth of clone that tissue culture seedling was transplanted in different height and truncated trunk.The growth condition of seedling just related to clone.This study provided a basis for cloned selection in seedling stage and transplant of tissue culture seedling of Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey.
