土壤源热泵系统在大型公建项目上的应用与探讨

摘要 由于大型公建项目本身的特殊性,如单体建筑面积比较大、建筑周围的绿化面积较小、空调冷热负荷较大,因而在大型公建项目中应用土壤源热泵系统,其所采用的系统形式以及施工方法与关键技术值得探讨与研究。作者以西安都市之门办公楼工程为例,主要从设计、施工以及运行控制方面,介绍土壤源热泵系统在大型公建项目中的应用,并与传统的能源系统方式进行了经济环境效益分析。 Contributing in renewable energy sources, energy-saving and emission-reduction, ground source heat pump system is being widely applied in practice. In large public buildings, feasting big single building area, small green coverage and high air-conditioning load, there are problems worth discussion and research, such as types of the system, construction method and the key technology. The issue takes an office building named "Xi' an dushizhimen" as an example, introduces the applications of ground source heat pump system in large public buildings, fi'om aspects of design, construction and automatic control, and a comparison of environment and economic benefit against conventional air-conditioning system is made.
