摘要
通过对经卫星搭载航天诱变后的棉花品种的生长发育情况、主要农艺性状及纤维品质的2a观察测试研究,结果表明,航天诱变对棉花品种的早熟性及衣分有较明显的改善作用;对生长发育、主要农艺性状及纤维品质均有较明显的改变作用,其效应可持续到二代以后;航天诱变对改善棉花品种的早熟性、衣分及纤维强度作用最大;不同品种及性状对航天诱变的反应程度及方向不同。
The development main agronomic traits and fiber qualities of cotton varieties induced in satellits were observed and studied. The results of two years indicated that, astronomic mutagenize have not only relatively obvious improving actions on earliness and lint percent of cotton varieties, but relatively obvious change actions on development, main agronomic traits and fiber qualities. Its effects could sustain beyond two generations, the greatest effects were made on astronomic mutagenize improving earliness, lint percent and fiber qualities of cotton rarieties, the degrees and directions that different varieties and traits reacted to astronomic mutagerne were different.
